BUSY FEBRUARY!
Kids in the Kitchen starts on February 5th, and continues every Thursday afternoon from 3-5 until March 12th. We have only a few spots left, so if your 5-12 year old would like to join us for healthy after-school cooking classes at the Center call today! 827-3130
Sunday, February 8th - Pancake Breakfast Benefit for the White and Tiffany families at Fairfield Center School. 8-1. Pancakes, sausage, home fries, fruit, eggs, coffee, juice. $10/adults, $5/kids. Come out and support these families who have lost their homes.
February 21st - Saturday Night at the Movies!The Summer of Walter Hacks. A film by Vermont filmmaker and dairy farmer George Woodard. Winner of the 2010 Vermont International Film Festival, "Walter Hacks" recreates the world of 1950s rural Vermont, telling the story of an 11-year-old boy who faces adventure and tragedy and must grow up fast. More info: http://www.pastureproductions.com/ The filmmaker will be present at the showing! This is the first in a series of 6 movies by Vermont filmmakers that will be shown once-a-month from now through July at the Center. All movies start at 7 p.m. Popcorn and cider. Suggested donation - $5.
