Lots Going On!

T'ai Chi Classes for Arthritis and Back Pain start February 15th. Saturdays at the Center from 10-11. Free and open to anyone over the age of 45. Sponsored in part by CVAA. Carol Willey, instructor. Stop by and try it out!

TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 11th - Join us for lunch at noon, followed by a mini concert by singer/songwriter Carol Ann Jones. For some value-added fun, bring along a baby picture (of you!) for our Guess Who? contest; and the Valentine Post Office will be open too! 

We have three more weeks of Kids in the Kitchen on Thursdays after school! No matter that you've missed the first 5 classes, you can still join us! It's a great group and we're having loads of fun!
